Strategically located next to the Coin Shop, this machine lets you experiment with different Brainrot combinations. Depending on the rarity of the Brainrots used, the fusion process can take from 15 minutes to 1.5 hours.
Reintroduced in January 2026, the machine brought back classic Brainrots and introduced new ones, expanding the fusion possibilities. It's the perfect tool for players looking to optimize their Brainrot collection.

How to Use
Select Your Brainrots
Choose four Brainrots to place into the Fuse Machine. The combination and rarity will influence the outcome.
Wait for the Fusion
Depending on the rarity of your Brainrots, wait between 15 minutes to 1.5 hours for the fusion process to complete.
Reveal Your New Brainrot
Once the fusion is done, collect your newly created Brainrot and see what you got!

- In 2026, two special Brainrots, Ketupat Bros and Los Sweethearts, could be obtained through unique combinations.
- Ketupat Bros require a mix of Ginger Gerat, Ketupat Kepat, and any two Secrets.
- Los Sweethearts were introduced during Valentine's Day and require Los Tralaleritos and Las Tralaleritas for the fusion.
