This special Brainrot was created by BRAZILIAN SPYDER to celebrate the first anniversary of Steal a Brainrot. Its striking appearance is a fusion of several well-known Brainrots, featuring Lirilì Larilà's head transformed into a cake, complete with whipped cream and a cherry on top. It also incorporates Trippi Troppi's legs, Boneca Ambalabu's red tire, and more, all topped off with Tung Tung Tung Sahur's iconic bat and pink suit.
La Anniversary Grande is the first Secret rarity Brainrot with stats lower than its earlier counterpart, La Easter Grande.
